Snow showers on Ed Hill but temperatures still high @ 37 degrees so nothing is sticking. If showers arrive this evening as planned, however, accumulation can occur with impacts to rt. 221

KCAC is a complete failure. Lucky has been in the wrong hands who dont have any feelings for that poor dog, except a responsibilty.
If KCAC wud have acted promptly they wud have got all the evidence to prove that the owner was at fault. Even now the time has not gone,
KCAC can still bring Lucky back from that cruel owner who are not at all attached to that poor dog. Neighbours have complained not because
they had a problem with that dog but they were worried the way the owners were treating the dog. Please bring the dog back from the owners &
give a good home & free from this owners who have harassed him for weeks.
